10 Year ILR - Dependant not qualified

Hi,

I completed my 10 years in UK in Sept 12 and applied for ILR under the 10 years long residency category. My application was received by the Home Office on 11th Oct and since then I have received acknowledgement and done my biometrics. I am still waiting for the decision on my ILR application. My last visa was Tier 1 (General), which is due to expire on 8 Feb 2013.

My wife arrived in the UK as my dependant on 15 Nov 2008 and since then her visa was extended twice along with me as a Tier 1 dependant. Her current leave also expires on 8 Feb 2013.

The query I have is that the 10 years long residency category didn't allow me to apply for my wife's ILR along with my application, so what should I do for extending her stay in the UK.

Please inform me under which category I need to apply for her and which form to use. Your explanation and links to the correct forms and webpages on the Home Office site will be highly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Your wife has to apply FLR(m) before her leave expires or else she will in trouble. So use your acknowledgement ref number and biometrics invitation ref number in the covering letter

What category do I select under section 2 for question 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 for my case. Please l eat me know.

My wife also does not meet the English language requirement but has passed the life in the UK test. So, what should I do in her case?
