Tier 1 general - ILR query

Hi...
I hold Tier 1 (general) visa (main applicant). I am planning to visit my parents in India and wanted to spend my maternity leave over there for 3 months.
I have ILR due in september 2014. Till now I have been outside from UK for 74 days. If I consider 3 months which will be 90 days and it will added up to 164 days away from UK. My understanding is, I can be out for 180 days in 5 years tenure before applying for ILR.
My query :
> If I stayed continous 90 days away from UK in India, will I have any problem at the time of applying my ILR in september 2014.
