hi all,
will not paying council tax lead to refusal of ILR. as exemption ofcouncil tax for studentis no a public fund. i am a dependant of my wifeand i work full time. I have enquired byfriends and was informed that it would not affect my ILR application. will the HO find out thati did not pay council tax? from my calculations if i am to backdate payment it's upto £3000 and i dont havethat kind of money. plshelp. thanks a lot.
