ilr appointment clarification (tier2 ict)

Hi,
I have booked peo appointment for 4 .This includes my wife, son ,daughter and myself. I recently came to know that child born in uk is directly elligible to apply for British citizen registration, i am thinking to not include my uk born daughter in ilr appointment. Will I be able to use my current appointment as the count now will be 3? Please help
I would take my daughter with me to the peo as she is only 2 years old and I have no place to leave her.
-2 is my understanding correct that though my daughter has indian passport and is on tier2 dependent and has gone out of uk and entered as a tier dependent - she is eligible for british citizenship registration as she was born in uk?
