accountant letter

Dear senior members,
I withdraw salaries and dividends from my own company, since the sales and expenses are quite simple, it's simple enough for me to handle my company's tax return, statutory accounts and stuff totally by myself for three years now. I don't need an accountant at the moment or near foreseeable future. May I submit statutory accounts, CT600 tax return to replace the accountant letter? or do I have to hire an accountant only for this?
Please help. Thanks a lot.
Mike
