Hi everyone,

I applied ILR on basis of ten year rule, I have question in my mind on basis of 7 plus years children in this country , how we can apply ILR.

In case someone not get ILR on basis of ten year rule, how can claim ILR on basis of 8 years children in this country.

Your advice and information will be great.

Well you cannot claim ILR on the basis of of children.

If you fail under the 10 years rules, you will need to apply under article 8 private live and wait for 120 months, in order to qualify for ILR.
