Unpaid Leave/Vacation

Hi,
During 2008, I have been on unpaid leave where I went to India.
Can I put this as holiday or vacation or will it come under unpaid leave.
Now I am in Tier 1 whereas on 2008, I was in Work Permit.
Will this affect my PR as I was in unpaid leave, does it come under compelling reasons of absence.
Regards

Only you could answer whether this would be for a compelling reason...
It will come as unpaid leave, because that was what it was.
But the underlying question is - why unpaid during WP?

Hi,
I had extended my vacation further and went on unpaid leave for period of 21 days. As I got married during that time, spent some time with family and friends.
Let me know whether extending your vacation will come under unpaid leave.

How long was it for?
Can you list all your relevant dates - beginning with WP visa start date, ending with current visa end date.

Hi,
Please find the various dates.
EC - 0ct 2007
Date of entry to uk: Jan 2008
Tier 1 stamped: March 2009
Tier 1 Extension: March 2012
I will be applying on August 2013. Please find my absences for 2008/2009
22/11/2008 31/12/2008 - Annucal Leave as I was paid
01/01/2009 21/01/2009 - Unpaid leave as I was not paid.
Even though it is a fresh start of 2009 where i will be eligible for 25 days holidays, i told them i will go for unpaid leave. So the payslips had only expenses and no salary credited.
Let me know whether It will be a problem.
Regards
