When are you looking to apply? Go online and check it around 2am, lots of appointments come available at that. If your case is straightforward dont apply by post. It is a 6 months torture period

What do you mean by "need 32k... other all requirements are ok"? Are you saying you haven't met the previous earnings requirement to score the necessary points for ILR as a Tier1 General Migrant?

hey,
in case you apply via post and if it take 7 months you lost it and need to complete 12 months on ILR .
if this is right. what about if you get ILR approval few days before your visa Expiry date? does this mean you gain those days?
silly question but need clarifications. i got my ILR approved on 11 feb but my extension visa expires on 20 feb.
Regards

Yes you do. Your ILR approved date is all what matters now. You will be eligible to apply for BC exactly after one year from date of ILR approval

For naturalization, you need to meet, as applicable
(i) UK Residency requirement (eg 5 yrs for T1,T2,WP based etc)
(ii) 1 year of 'free of immigration control', ie ILR status for routed through T1, T2, WP, LongRes etc... Certain routed ILR have no requirement of this nature though.
