A bit confused with which category I am FLR(O)?

Hi there,
I am applying for my indefinitely leave to remain and I'm a bit confused with which category I am.
I am single, with New Zealand passport on a Tier 1 at the moment approaching 5 years.
I am assuming that FLR(O) is the one I need to apply for?
Also it appears that PEO service for FLR isn't as hard as Tier 1 - this is true? Because I seem to be able to get slots fairly easily.
