Hi Good people,
I would like to pick your good brains on my situation. I am applying for ILR in May 2013. I am in full employment and at the same time taking salary from my Limited Company (No DIVIDENDS). I have been paying PAYE on the salary from the limited company but no NI as the salary was below the NI threshold.
My Question is what documents should i present (from the Limited Company Side) to show proof of earnings?
- Will only the payslips suffice?
- How can i get a P60 from my Limited Company showing the taxes paid to date?

you can call HMRC and Give them your Details. They will posted your Tax History to you by Post and You can put that letter on your ILR file. P60 is not Necessary
