ILR SET(O) - Section 7, Question 7.3 (Civil Penalty)

Dear Members,

Can someone please tell me on SET(O) form what should I write in question 7.3 of section 7, which says...

"7.3 Do you or any dependants who are applying with you have any civil judgments against you or any civil penalty under the UK Immigration Acts?"

In last 5 years, I got parking fines on 4 different occasions (fixed penalty of £60 each) which I paid on time.

Are parking fines falls under civil penalty? Should I say 'Yes' to q 7.3, go to q 7.4 and give details of every penalty there?

Just wondering what happens to those ILR cases if applicant had these civil penalties in last 5 years? Would this make his/her case weak, could this be a reason for refusal of ILR?

Please share your thoughts as my appointment is due on 28th Feb at Cryodon.

Thanks a alot.

As far as i know parking fines do not come under civil judgements so you dont have to give any details.

They don't. You don't have to mention any FPN's

The form mentioned that you don't have to add speeding and parking ticket offences. So, I guess you are alright on that.
