ILR - Query on Income as employed only for 9 months

Brief about my case.
2008 - HSMP (entered UK first time)
2010 - Tier 1 (visa renewal)
April 2013 - Due for ILR
Question -
I have been employed only for 9 continous months out of past 15 months. Out of these 9 months I earcned £28+ K and have payslips & bank statements as proof.
Again these 9 months are not immediate past 9 months before i appear.
Out of the last 12 months - 2+9+1. The first 2 months and last 1 month before i appear i am unemployed.
Would there be any problem in my case? Or do i need to provide any additonal documents?
My Points -
Income - 25 (for £28k)
Education - 30
Age - 20 (when I enter UK for the first time I was less than 28 yrs)
UK Experiance - 5
Total - 80
Thanks

"As long as you meet earnings requirement from a maximum of 12 consecutive out of previous 15 consecutive months" is the requirement. If your month_1 and month_9 are both within the last 15 months (counted from/immediately before the month of application), you should be fine.

If what you are saying is that you score the required points for previous earnings using 9 months of earnings, during your
12 consecutive month period (which is within the 15 months immediately prior to your application), then I can confirm that you are allowed to do that, & will have no problem in that respect. What you mean by your statement above however, isn't absolutely clear. So you may want to state the following to confirm:
1) When (
month) you intend to apply for ILR
2) The specific
months earnings that you intend to use towards your previous earnings.

A minor correction to this...

If your month_1 and month_9 are both within a 12 consecutive month period during the last 15 months (counted from/immediately before the month of application), you should be fine.

But you haven't answered the following question:
cs95tdg wrote:2) The specific months earnings that you intend to use towards your previous earnings.
If you mean't you plan to use the period covering Apr-12 to Mar-13, then that will be fine. The fact that you were unemployed during 3 of those months has no bearing on your application, so long as you score the necessary points for your PBS score without those earnings.
