I am preparing my documents for my ILR next month and unfortunately I am missing a single one month bank statement - last Nov one !
Today I have asked HR to do a reprint for the original payslip and been told that the original one cannot reprinted !!! (why is that ???)
And all they can do is a reprint on a A4 paper !Would this cause me great trouble when I am applying my ILR ?
Many Thanks
Gob

To avoid fraud. Or one must assume that the payslip is printed on numbered slips that can't be repeated. It's not a problem if they can stamp and/or sign the second extract to show that it comes from an official source.

Thanks for the reply Lucapooka!,
Ah I see! What kind of stamp should I request to be stamped on the print out?Company one or HR one or anything else ?
I would require it to be printed out on a company heading letter and would the HR sign would work ? I'd better ask my Manager to sign it ?
Thanks

Your HR Dept. is right. You cannot print copy pay slips after the month end operations are completed. You could request on a company letter head with the pay roll Dept. seal, date and Manger to sign it. All figures should be same as the original pay slip.

Also to be mentioned that is a copy pay slip,as the original has been misplaced.Luckapooka is right it will be considered as fraud to print copy pay slips.

Thanks for the reply Kevin24 ! Very informative. Now it seems what I need to do is :
1>Ask payroll to give a print out of the payslip on company letter.
2>Ask payroll to sign it and stamp it.
3>Double check everything is correct.
4>Seal it with a envelop, ask my manager to sign on the envelop.
Does this sounds about right ?
Thanks

True you don't need to get into all that. Just first 2 points mentioned will do the job

Thanks for all the reply !
1>So I only need signature from payroll/HR, not signature from my manager ?
2>Do you think I need a separate letter from Payroll/HR to explain this apart from the signature & stamp on the printed out of payslip ?
Thanks
