Help needed to understand Sec 3c and re application

Dear Friends
In April 2010 I re applied for extension of leave as Tier2 migrant when i was on extension of leave under sec 3c. I preffered to re apply rather than to go in upper tier tribunal.
My application,s processing time was 33 days. I want to know these 33 day will be considered as processing time or overstaying period because when i reapplied that was last day of sec 3c leave.
please give me advice according to new guidance published on 13 Dec 2013.
If case is straight forward then my ILR is due in Nov 2013?
