Pls help - I have a query

ILR applied (PEO) in June 2011, refusal letter received in Nov 2011(criminal conviction - drink and drive) . After this, appeals refused in first tier tribunal and upper tribunal. I now have permission to appeal hearing coming up in March 1st week at the court of appeal.

My doubt here is - if this gets rejected, will I be able to make a fresh application? (no unspent conviction now, all criteria met.) I mean, will I be allowed to make a fresh application at all after exhausting all rights of appeal?

It depends what options they give you if your appeal gets turned down. So you have to wait and see cuz your current has expired too.

What kind of options do they give after dismissing the appeal?
