ILR - 28 days rule

I have 210 days of absense and when i split these to multiple year then I am eligible for ILR from 30th May.But should I need to apply only after 30th May or or 1st of May(application more than 28 days before you become eligible to apply accoring to law) .

You must mention your visa categories and all the dates of your all visas and uk entry date as well to get right answer to your reply from this forum.

Entry Feb -2008 with WP (ICT)
Absense 1 May 2011 to 26 Nov 2011 (210 days)

The earliest you can apply 28 days before your visa expiry date provided you enterd uk within 90 days of your EC. the latest you can apply one day before visa expiry date.

Actually my visa will expire in Jan 2014
