Hello All

I came here in Dec 2010 on an Established Staff Tier 2 ICT Visa. It can be extended in Dec 2013 for 2 more years to Dec 2015.

Am I eligible to apply for ILR after the 5 years? I'm not sure as the rules on the UKBA website are a bit confusing.

Thanks Gagan. Could you please give me some details on this. I thought the rules changed post April 2010?

Do I need to change to Tier 2 General? Or do I need to remain with the same employer?
