Hi,
I am on a Tier1 (G) with an ILR due in Dec 2013,

I do not have any joint accounts with my spouse,

We do have separate documents on same address like NHS, NI, Bank Account but nothing as a Joint account.

Does co-habitation means that there should be atleast one joint account.
or it means proof of living at same address, like documents addressed on same house?

Also Can I add my wife's name now in the Council tax, Tenancy agreement etc so that atleast we have a joint account for next 8 months before we apply
