Hi everyone,

I just need to brainstorm with everyone about the correctness of my appointment date.

Date of entry to the UK -> 22-10-2004 on Student Visa. Remained legally on student visa till 15-05-2008.
Date of Entry to Tier 1 general -> 16-05-2008 as Dependant of T1G.
Date of renewal of T1G -> 03-05-2011

Last night, I booked our appointment for ILR for the 10th of April with the believe that I can renewal 28 days before the expiration of my current leave as suggested by UKBA rule.

Is the 10th of April within the 28 days rule if I consider 3rd of May expiration date or should it be 18th of April which will be 28 days before the 5th year anniversary of the T1G?

Its quite confusing to read your question mate.
What is your current visa, are you T1G main applicant or dependant?
What category are you applying under for ILR?
If you are T1G dependant, what is the current status of the main applicant you are dependant on?

I am applying at the same time of the main applicant (my wife) and our daughter (not born in the UK). Her visa expires on the same date (03 May 2013)

Hope that is clearer now..

alright in that case the earliest you can apply is 18th April i.e. 28 days before 5th anniversary. Also please not that all dates are to be calculated with respect to the main applicant and not the dependant. I am assuming that the main applicant also got Tier 1 G on 16-05-2008.

That is right! I entered T1G the same date as the main applicant.
