Hi guys,

I'm middle of preparing documents for my husband PBS extension. I have an ILR visa. Should I send my orgional passport, ILR letter and card as his case supporting documents?

When I applied for my kid as PBS dependent (when I was on tier 1) a few months ago, I only sent the copies of my passport and visa. UKBA were happy with that and dint make a fuss

I am doing the same for my wife.

There is no need to send original documents. Only dependant passport and supporting documents for funding needs to be original. Send photo copies of your passport if you like. Mention ILR ref number on PBS form. That's sufficient.

Should I prove that the income criteria? I mean should I send my salayslips, bank statement etc?

I understand we need to show them last 3 months bank statement for fund.

U proved it when u applied for ILR, no need for that again. Yes, BS for 3 months period only.

Ok, Thanks - I'm sending below documents

1) Husband Passport
2) My ILR letter , card and passport copies
3) 3 months Bank statement
4) Marriage certificate - with english translation
5) Bills , council tax , water bills etc
6) PBS - English A1 pass certificate

Can you please go through them and let me know do I'm missing any please?
