Hi All,

I'm currently on Tier 1 ext. visa which valid till sept 2013.
I'm eligible to apply for the Permanent residency in UK as I have completed five years. Is this a rumour or is it true that ILR fees is going to increase from April 2013?
I did not find this mentioned in the site. I believe I come under SET(O) and the fees mentioned is £1,377.

Thanks.

Could you pl. post the source of this information? I could not find the revised rates on their site :-(

Also can you tell me the date of April month from which these new rules are applicable?

Many thanks.

@mittoo

For clarification according to my understanding ONLY, from 6th April new fees would be;

ILR

£1,051 -> Main Applicant (Postal application)
£788 -> Each Dependant Applicant (Postal application)

£1,051 + £375 -> Main Applicant (PEO application)
£788 + £375 -> Each Dependant Applicant (PEO application)
