Could you please let me know what date i am eligible for ILR? Please find details below.

Visa type: TIER 1 GENERAL

Visa issue date: 12-May-2008
Entered in UK: 06-Aug-2008
No. of days between visa issue date and the date i entered in UK is: 86 days

Visa Expiry Date: 28-Jun-2013

Total absent days between 06-Aug-2008 to till date: 15 days

Appreciate if someone could clarify my doubt.

1. What date am i eligible for ILR?
