SET(M) or SET(O)

hi all,
my question might be a repetition but could not find the right answer so asking again.
which visa category shall i apply for my wife? SET(O) or SET(M)
i got my ILR last year, because my wife didnt finish 2 yrs by then , she applied FLR(M). now she has finished 2 yrs and i booked an appointment for as SET(M). is it correct? should it be SET(M) or SET (O)
she came as Tier 1 dependent to this country in 2010 and got extended on FLR(M) last year when i got my ILR. her visa type on the bio metric card says ' SPOUSE/PARTNER LEAVE TO REMAIN'
