SET(O) Section 11 Question

Hi all,
i am going to apply for SET(O) under HSMP + Tier1 by this week (PEO)
but i have a question on SECTION 11 ,
could some one let me know which sections under 11 is relevant to me
11 A. Yes i do need to tick the relavant ticks in here
11 C. Do i need to tick any ?
11 G. If you were given leave in other categories leading to settlement before being granted permission to stay under
HSMP and would like this stay to be taken into consideration in your application for indefinite leave to remain,
you should provide details of the categories involved and the periods spent in each of them.
whats that for i don't understand that ? could some one let me know more on this please ?
11 L. DO i need to tick this ?
please let me know your thoughts on it .

You only need to tick the section relevant to you. If memory serves right this should be section 11L, leave the rest.

but i am sure i will have to tick more than the section 11 L ,
could some one else please confirm to my original post ?

mate i applied in the same categories as you, i completed my application a few weeks ago. 11A is mandatory for all so you will have to fill it (as you have already mentioned in your question).
In addition to 11A you only have to fill 11L. These are the only ones which apply to you.
Feel free to have a second opinion.

mate i applied in the same categories as you, i completed my application a few weeks ago. 11A is mandatory for all so you will have to fill it (as you have already mentioned in your question).

yes mate u r right, looks looks like we only need to tick 11 L and 11 A,
rest of them are not relevant to us, cos we are from Tier 1 , even though we had initial HSMP before ,
