Hi, I came to UK on work permit Visa and later my family joined with me on work permit dependent Visa. After 1 year i have processed Tier-1 Visa for my self and Tier-1 dependent Visa for my family. My family left the UK and them visa has expired being in home country ( India ).

It would be really great help if any one response me , in this situation can i apply for ILR alone as i have completed 5 yrs in uk and my family VISA is expire being in home country.

Do i need to submit some additional document for that ?
