Hello
If the there is a mistake on the Life in the UK profile, is it possible to correct this before the exam begins?
In this case specifically, the firstname and last name were swapped and the DOB date was 3 instead of 13...
the person needed to rebook an appointment. they said it was not possibel to amend details before the exam..
the other details like passport number etc were correct.
thanks

No you can't change the names but if you have more than 7 days when you will take the test, you can cancel it and get a refund.

Yes you could get a refund if you cancel the Test before 7 days of the Test. I did it to, delay My Test by one week. You will get the refund but not immediately.

Is it a norm for people who score 100% to cancel the test and rebook it again? :p
