Home office reference number for SET (M) form

Hi I was just looking at the SET (M) form and seems it's asking for the home office reference number of both mine and my partner's (if applicable). Can anybody tell me what that is? I'm currently under a UK spouse visa and my husband is a British citizen. Are we supposed to have an HO ref number? If anybody can let me know it's much appreicated!
