Hi,
My question is related to impact of ILR refusal on current tier 1 visa validity ? If applicant has a valid tier 1 visa and his ILR application gets refused due to somereason, does ILR refusal also void his existing Tier 1 visa validity ?

No. ILR application is optional, you apply if you qualify (requirement) and if you wish (optional). Not all people apply for ILR in situation similar to yours.
