gap in visa due to delayed processing by home office

hi,
I am planning to apply for ILR. I have a gap of two months in my visa due to delayed issue of biometric by home office. sequece of events below
1. Applied for COS extension and received Cos from company 1.5 monthnth before visa expiry
2. postal application sent at lease a month before visa expiry along along with cos
3 received letter from home office that i need to sent my dependent Application again as the version has changed. my passport and application were kept with home office
4. Applied again for dependent
5 received approval after 2 months
6 all the time i was in uk working
wil the scenario above impact my continous stay.
