Hi,
Dear sir/madam
I have been almost seven years in the uk. I came in the uk 2006 on student visa. I completed my studies then I got two years post study work.
In may 2011 I got married to a british girl.(Asian pakistani). After marriage i got two years spouse visa.I rented a my own place in reading and ask her to move with me from London her parents house. But she was. She was like coming to my place and going back to her parents house. Then we had an argument one day. she went to her parents house and didn't come back. It's been one year now we kept in contact.
Now my visa is running out in may she used to say to me that she will support my visa application to get ILR in the uk. She just now she refused me.
My question is is there any leave which I can apply now to extend my stay in the uk.(discretionary leave or any thing like that?
I have been living that many years. I have my whole family living in the uk. I have established my live here in the uk. I am working I got a very good job here.paying tax and I don't have any criminal record.
Please reply me thanks
Matt

jojybaba his wife can't submit a false ..i.e fraudulent declaration that the marriage is subsisting when it obviously isn't.
Neither can he switch from Spouse to Work Permit from within the UK.

spouse visa means you want to stay in the uk to be with her.
if you dont want to be with her, why go for spouse visa?
why dont you go for a work visa now which is the reason perhaps why you want to stay in the uk in the first place! i mean clearly you dont want a spouse visa now since you both dont want to be with each other.

Was this an arranged marriage? Have you tried counselling? Do you have children?
