Penalty notices for disorder (PND) and ILR

I'm applying for my ILR in Aug 2013
I got Plenty Notice of £80 in Jul 2012 for offense DA01 "wasting police time and giving false report" that comes under Section 5 of the Criminal Law Act 1967"and paid it in within 21 days.
I know there are new Good Character requirement rules are in place from December 2012 .

But I'm not sure how this will affect my case...Please someone help me in right direction. I am really worried.

According to point (IV) in New criminality threshold. If my PND is not on CRB then it's fine otherwise I've to wait until July 2014.
Reason because Plenty Notices for Public Disorder are regularly recorded on Police Record and on person's CRB for 100 years from the date of conviction.
Please advise

Can Someone please tell me how I can apply for Enhanced CRB check ?

You can't. Order a disclosure Scotland certificate and do a SAR request at your local police station for pnc data.

Please read the section Iv carefully.
Fpn,pnd are NOT admission of guilt.You will not get any criminal record although these might be recorded on PNC .
Therefore you are not required to wait until 2014,
You can apply any time.

hi what was the outcome of your application as i have a pnd and i have been due for naturalisation but am not sure as to what to do.
