Tier 1 [G] to ILR

I am a tier 1 (G) applicant and will be applying for ILR this June.

Are there changes proposed to salary threshold within new rules coming into effect from 6th April this year. My original Tier 1 application was approved in July 2009 so I am assuming that I can claim 20 points for earnings between 23k to 25k -which I am aiming!!

Also, 1 of my 5 years stay was as a work permit holder (issued outside UK). So are there any implication of new rules on this?!! I went outside UK twice in last five years and both time my status was Tier 1 G.

Please advise.

Thanks.
