I hope someone can help me with this.

If the SOC code mentions a salary of 30,600 based on 39 hours per week; and I earn 30,000 with my contracted hours of 35 hours per week, should i be fine to apply for my ILR?

Also how do I do the calculations to show the Home Office. Or should I just mention my salary and the hours I work I am contracted to work per week and they will do the necessary calculations or should I ask the HR of my company to pro rate my salary to 39 hours / week equivalent?

Any Advice will be much appreciated.

i would want to know who should do the pro-rate on my salary if my contracted hours are 35 hours and the salary on the new SOC reflects salary based on 39 hours working week.
