PEO OFFICES

Hi
Im applying for ILR and I am self employed I have booked my appointment for Cardiff but upon reading about it, it states that if you are self employed or a director of your own company you may not get a decision that day as further checks need to be carried out. However, reading the other information on the other PEO offices it does not mention this. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if maybe Cardiff is smaller than the other ones or if the other PEO have the same guidelines? I will be applying on the back of an Ancestral visa. However, the only one available will now be Liverpool

Does anyone know which PEO you can apply to to get a decision that day if you have a ltd company? thanks for your help

Why not try Croydon PEO. There are senior case workers available,so you could get a same day decision.

Thanks, I would love to go to Croydon but all the spaces are filled up

when booking an appointment, dont choose any dates, I did it like that and had no problem booking an appointment.

Thank you for that tip. So you don't choose any dates? Then waht happens?

Then book at Liverpool,if it's available.

Thanks, I called the call center just to make sure and they were not sure but I think Im going to try Liverpool just in case! I kept all my options open and did not chose a date but Liverpool is the only one that still has appointments in the next few weeks.

saran,
have a look the next few days without choosing date and time options, more time slots are bound to come up. I did it like this for croydon and got the date and time I wanted the second time I checked, but I needed an appointment for SET (m) maybe thats why it was easier but there is no harm in trying like this.
