ILR - Child and leaving country

Not sure where to post this sorry.

If mother is indian with ILR
Father is BC

and child has BC passport do we still need to a visa for a 2 year old when visiting india.

Not sure if hes a person in his own right or hes tagged onto mothers??

You do need Indian Visa

Yes, if the travel frequency is high...why dont you get a POI for the child

Whether the Form should be FLR(M) or SET(M)
