Hi,

Can please somebody explain what would happen if (worst case) dependent is not granted ILR due to Cohabitation issue? Would they grant further Leave to Remain or what?

I really Doubt if they will refuse but as the previous member said it depends upon circumstances.
Just take any documents that is under ur dependents name on it like tenancy agreement if you havent got one call ur landlord, NHS card.
