If anyone lost his/her passports and do not have any copy or record of his/her entry exit record. How can he/she prove about his/her entry exit once applying for ILR?

Mind it that the person in question is a Tier 1 General Migrant and use to be a frequest flyer.

1. You have to make sure you submit all the docs relating to your lost passport first of all - Police report etc
2. Ref entry/exits - do you have etickets or copy of tickets etc to prove?

In addition.
1. Boarding passes.
2.Travel Agent's Emails
3. You could call for the SAR file from UKBA and see for the Travel History.

Kevin, I managed to find most of travel dates in past 4 yrs. But I have a doubt about the principle of absence. This is like we have to prove that we are guilty. If the evidence shows that we broke the requirement, then we won't get ILR. If UKBA has all records, why don't them just make decision directly? What's the sense that we collecting all boarding pass?

Does anyone else feel the same like me? We try so hard to prove that we may not qualify for ILR.
