Hi all,

Sorry I am asking this questions which is already listed in FAQ,

but I am trying to make sure the rules are not changing in April

is it safe to exclude UK born child while making a ILR application after April 2013

I am planning to save some money and apply for MN1 after ILR

are there any changes expected in April that can affect ?

That's fine. You can you register your UK born child as BC u/s 1(3) after you receive ILR.
