Hi,

I am on Tier-1 General visa (3+2)

Feb 28th 2009 (Visa stamped)
May 27th 2009 (First Entry to UK) -- I have come after 88 days
Mar 20th 2012 (Visa Extension stamped)

I have visited India once in 2011 for 20days and twices in 2012 for 30days

My current visa is valid till Mar 2014.
When will I be eligible to apply for ILR?

Regarding my wife's visa, she was on Tier-1 General from Nov 2010-Oct 2012 and then switched to Tier-1 Dependent with visa validity same as mine.

When will she be eligible for ILR?

My wife applied for Dependent visa on 5th October 2012
and got it stamped on 31st October 2012.

She needs to spend 5 year on dependant visa to qualify for ILR.
