Can you please help me when can i apply for my ILR?

First time HSMP - Got Stamped 22 April 2008.
Entered UK - 10 May 2008

Can i apply within couple of days or i have to wait until 10th of April 2013?

You will be eligible to apply from upto 28 days before the 5th anniversary from your EC date (22 April 2008).

So you mean i don't need to wait for 10th April. I can apply tomorrow.

Application can be made 28 days before the ILR qualifying date.

That's where the problem comes!! Confusion. Can you clarify if can apply tomorrow looking at my dates please?

It's crystal clear. Just count 28 days from 22nd of April and you'll get the date you can apply from.

and yes you can apply tomorrow (26th of March).
