Hi Sr Members,

i need your valuable adivce. for ILR i have all the required documents like Payslips, P60, bank statements, Life In UK

the only area in doubt is the list UK of absences. i have made an entire list based on my passport stamps [ i am on heavy business travel across Europe mostly 1 or 2 days ]

as of now i have 140 days across 126 travels tracked by several night out sittings :(. there are 2 pages in my passport where there are multiple immigration stamps 1 over another and can't read at all.

so in my 126 travel list sure i have missed 10 or so as i am unable to track the IN/Out

can i leave it as is and not worry about or i need to be 100% sure.

i am nervous on this part.

all are business travels only sponsered by company

can you please advice me

anyone faced such issues earlier. thanks in advance

are you not able to verify the details from other sources e.g. company travel records / eTickets / emails / boarding cards etc?

yes, maximum i have done mainly through email as i get e tickets for my travels. for few records i coould not find exact no of days IN/OUT but all my travels are either 1 or 2 days max outside UK.

am i worrying too much...dont want suituation like i failed to provide information types

- earlier days in 2008 you can go to Switzerland with UK workpermit and there will be no stamping

- i have used IRIS multiple times to enter back to UK

these are complicating my record finds......

If you have time, you can also submit a SAR to find out the information they hold about you/your travel.

If you are unable to find few a travel entries in spite of your best effort it should be fine IMHO.
