I only got to know that the new fee has been approved and take effect from 6th April and the old forms can be used 21 days after that (but new fee has to be paid)

So they are allowing a Grace period of 3 weeks. That's good, it will be of immense help for some members who have filled the present SET O form. I haven't seen any thing about this 3 month's rule. We have to see what the New SET O Form and Guidance contains. Hopefully both should be out before 06/04.

I would be really interested to hear about this. If the 3 month rule is correct, then please someone confirm it as it will end my sleepless nights. I am nearly there but will fall short by 2 months. I was going to submit anyway and hope they take 6 months to consider by which time I will have 10 years and more.
Anyone out there to put my mind at ease.
