Hi everyone,

I applied ILR SET(M) in August, 2012
Then I received refusal letter today.

Reason is... they haven't received additional documents which I sent via Special Delivery. (I confirmed they received before deadline)

Should I ask UKBA to return my additional docs for appeal?

Does anyone have similar experience?
If so, I'd appreciate if you tell me how did you sort it out?

Documents for cohabit.
They requested me twice, then I sent twice.

This is why the SCS is valuable. Have you contacted the ukba?

As you are suffering domestic abuse you should contact southall black sisters and they can help.

I haven't contacted them yet.

I've been mentally and financially abused by my husband, then I'm devastated lately, so I didn't even think to contact them...
I try to call them now.

I would call them.

UKBA cut my phone... As everybody said we shouldn't call them, we should
write to them instead.
