Email address of ukba for VISA related queries?

What is the UKBA email id for ILR related general queries?
I don't think that they respond to email queries as I am sure they would get 1000's of emails per day if they advertised an email address.
Your best bet would be to contact them by phone or alternatively, post your questions on the forum and someone can help you.
