After finishing 2 year of spouse, what is the salary requirement for I L R.
&
how many days can i spend outside the UK.

There is no income requirement per se. You just have to be able to adequately maintain yourself without using public funds.
There is no time limit on absences but you should be able to justify your leave. The time spent outside the UK coud affect your naturalisation if you go for that.
