Dear members

I have a doubt in applying dependent visa for my kid.

1) My wife delivered a baby and both are now in India.
2) I got my ILR last week, But my wife still holds Tier-1 dependent visa.

Questions:
1) Can I apply ILR for my kid from India?
2) If No, Should I need to apply as SET(M) or TIER-1 dependent visa for my kid?

Thanks for your reply. But I heard the immigration rules changed from may/2012. Kid can apply ILR only if me and my wife holds ILR.

Is that true? Or If I hold ILR and my wife is eligible for ILR.... can my kid apply for ILR from INDIA?
