Hello all,
I don't know whether my question makes any sense or not. Sorry about it. Here is my side of story. I have been living in the UK as an overseas student since 2007 and I had also changed my status to Post Study Work visa once and again am back to student now(2013). My wife has been working in the UK for more than 5 years as a student dependent. I just want to know if my wife qualifies for ILR ( I am sure I am not)?

Thanks,

Regards,
MG

NO.

you and your wife both is not qualified for ILR until you or your wife will stay in 10 year in UK. then you and your wife will applied ILR as a Long term resident.

I think you got your answer.

Good Luck (need 4 year more)

Certainly not. Do not mixup student dependent category to HSMP or Work permit category that leads towards ILR after 5 years employment.
