Dear all,

I tried to enroll my 20months son;s biometric as part of the ILR application. We went to a post office this morning, but the lady refused to enroll my son. The reason being in the UKBA biometric enrollment letter, there is no 'RESPONSIBLE Person's name' on it. So she asked me to give UKBA a call on Monday.

Is she correct? Should the invitation letter for the boy must have my name/wife name on it as responsible person?

She may have a valid reason to refuse you son's Bio Metrics. You could confirm whether a RESPONSIBLE name is needed on Monday. I think they are on strike on Monday. Hope Somebody will respond to your query.

I will try to call UKBA on Monday. Hope this will not delay my application.
