Could some body please let me know when should they come back by to not losing the ILR ststua.

Is it before June 29th or before August last week?

Please reply back..

Staying outside the country will possibly invalidate their ILR. They need to come back before that and need to make UK their home. Not just for visits.

Thanks for your reply, yes they are planning to come back and stay here and my son will continue his education here.

My query is when they should come back by

is it end of June(they got the PR on that date)

or

End of august ( when they left the country)

ILR holders are subject to the Returning residents provisions.
