Hi all,

Set(o) form section 9 says

Applications for indefinite leave to remain where an applicant has had leave as a Writer, Composer
or Artist, Self-employed lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the Rules in place before
6 April 2010

Does that mean when the initial Tier-1 was granted or the date when the extension was granted ?

I believe it will be for the applicants last extension

Wrong! It's the date of application for initial HSMP or Tier 1 (whichever you had first).

No they're not talking about extension. The whole purpose of that is to see what rules apply to you by checking when you entered the HSMP/TIER1 route.

BTW it's not th date of first approval that matters but the date of application.
